We need experienced Gas Safe engineers to service and repair customer boilers under Boiler Care plans. Annual service visits, breakdown call-outs, and Boiler Care Complete replacement work.
Credentials we verify: Gas Safe registration · ≥ £2m public liability · 2+ years field experience
Plumbing & heating engineers
Plumbing repairs, central heating, supply-pipe work
EPD (Electrics, Plumbing & Drainage) plans need qualified plumbers to attend customer call-outs. Working within the central heating loop, taps, toilets, supply pipes, leaks.
Credentials we verify: APHC / CIPHE / WaterSafe (or equivalent) · ≥ £2m public liability · sole-trader or 2-5 person SMEs
NICEIC / NAPIT electricians
Domestic electrics, Part-P-certified work, EV chargers
EPD electrical call-outs and EV Charger Care work. Fuse-board faults, wiring, smart-thermostat installs, and OZEV-approved EV charger installation + repair.
Credentials we verify: NICEIC / NAPIT / ELECSA / Stroma · ≥ £2m public liability · OZEV approval bonus for EV work
Drainage engineers
Blockages, CCTV survey, external drainage
EPD plans cover external drain blockages, CCTV inspections, root ingress, and minor remedial work. High-value, low-competition trade — we're under-recruited here.

You earn
Year 1 bounty paid 90 days after the customer signs up. Year 2 paid 90 days after their first anniversary. Year 3 paid 90 days after the second. BACS.

Can I be on HomeAssure and on British Gas / HomeServe / CORGI at the same time?⌄
Yes. Most engineers we sign are on multiple contractor pools. We run alongside, not instead. You're free to take whichever job pays best on the day.
How am I supposed to refer customers?⌄
You don't go out and sell. You hand out your promo code when a customer asks 'who do I call for ongoing cover'. You're already having that conversation; we just give you something to recommend that pays you for three years instead of zero.
What's the catch with Year 2 and Year 3?⌄
Y2 and Y3 only pay if the customer stays with HomeAssure to those anniversaries. That's the alignment — we win when the customer stays, you win when the customer stays, so we both want them to have a good experience. About 70-80% of UK home-cover customers stay 3+ years industry-wide.
When do I get paid?⌄
90 days after each trigger event. Sign-up → bounty Y1 paid at day 90. Customer's first anniversary → bounty Y2 paid 90 days later. And so on. BACS to your UK business or personal account.
Do I have to do the repair work myself?⌄
No. Two routes. Either (a) you're on our dispatch list — when a customer near you needs a callout we offer it to you first, you decide. Or (b) you're a pure referrer — you hand out codes and don't take the work. Most engineers do (a) for boiler / plumbing and (b) for trades they don't cover.
How long does verification take?⌄
Two working days for Gas Safe + NICEIC + public liability. Slightly longer if we need to follow up with your trade body. We'll keep you posted.
What if I'm at capacity and don't want more customers?⌄
Hit the pause button on your dashboard. We stop sending new callouts to you immediately. Resume any time. We don't run a CORGI-style Switch Off cadence where you lose your place for taking a breather.
